Provided is a method for producing decellularized extracellular matrix (dECM)-hydrogel using a salivary gland tissue isolated from an individual. By using the dECM-hydrogel according to the present invention, it is possible to effectively produce a salivary gland organoid through the 3D culture of salivary gland stem cells, and the salivary gland organoid can be useful for the treatment of xerostomia.개체로부터 분리된 침샘 조직을 이용하여 탈세포화 세포외기질(decellularized Extracellular Matrix: dECM)-하이드로겔을 제조하는 방법을 제공한다. 이에 따른 dECM-하이드로겔을 이용하면 침샘 줄기세포의 3D 배양을 통해 침샘 오가노이드를 효과적으로 제조할 수 있으며, 이를 구강 건조증의 치료에 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
