The invention relates to a solar dryer with humidity extractor, to be used for organic matter, especially purification sludge, but also vegetables, fruit, wood chips, by exposing them to the sunbeam influence, followed by continuous extraction of the humidity resulted inside the installation after the drying process and the condensation thereof either freely or in a forced manner, depending on the human operator's desire.
