The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a transparent capsule containing poorly water soluble drugs using a platform system for dissolving hydroxide ion species and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of a transparent and soft capsule which is stable and has no reducibility through solubilization of poorly water soluble acid drugs by using a platform system for dissolving hydroxide ion species. According to the present invention, the method can ameliorate problems of conventional techniques, can provide transparent external appearance of a product as well as excellent bioavailability and, particularly, can significantly reduce a processing time for soft encapsulation.본 발명은 수산화물을 용해시키는 플랫폼시스템을 이용한 난용성약제의 투명한 캡슐 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 좀 더 구체적으로는 수산화이온종을 용해시키는 플랫폼시스템을 이용하여 난용성 산성 약물의 가용화를 통해 안정하고 환원성이 없는 투명한 연질 캡슐의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 방법은 종래 기술의 문제점들이 개선되고, 생체내이용율이 우수할 뿐만 아니라 제품의 외관이 투명한 제품을 제공할 수 있고, 특히 연질 연질캡슐화 공정 시간을 대폭적으로 단축하는 것이 가능하다.
