The present invention relates to a calorie- and time-accumulative control method of nutrient supply to agricultural crops by using sunlight, which comprises: a setting step for setting a total accumulated calories of sunlight and a time needed for calories accumulation sufficient to optimize growth of agricultural crops planted in a greenhouse or a vinyl greenhouse and then making water and nutrients supplied to agricultural crops according to a set level of calories and time a sensing step for sensing the amount of sunlight emitted to the agricultural crops via a sensor installed at a greenhouse or a vinyl greenhouse to convert the amount of sunlight into calories and a supplying step for making water and nutrients supplied to agricultural crops when the sunlight is accumulated and emitted to agricultural crops to reach the level of calories set by a user after the sensing step.
