The invention relates to a cosmetic preparation for keratin fibres, in particular human hair, which comprises at least two phases which are next to each other but are separated by a phase boundary. The first phase (I) represents an aqueous phase containing at least one chemical oxidation agent and at least one anionic, polymer thickening agent, selected from cross-linked or non-crosslinked polyacrylic acid polymers, and the second phase (II) represents a clear, hydrophobic oil phase which contains, as oil, at least one liquid carbonic acid ester obtained from C2-C8-monoalkanol having a mono- or di-carboxylic acid and/or at least one paraffin oil.
