A device (100) for fixing surgical implants comprises a central body (10) having an axially hollow upper zone (14), an axially hollow lower zone (12), such upper (14) and lower (12) zones forming a single body and being open at the top and at the bottom; a central through cavity extends into the upper (14) and lower (12) zones: the upper zone (14) comprises two portions (14.1, 14.2) axially protruding from the upper zone (14), divided from each other by two through U-shaped slots (17, 18) and forming, in conjunction with part of the central cavity, a channel (40) for housing a connection rod, the lower zone (12) comprising a slot (15) for the lateral access to said central cavity of an anchoring device (20). The slot (15) has a conformation such as to permit the lateral insertion of the anchoring device (20) inside said central cavity by means of the relative translation between the central body (10) and the anchoring device (20) and the axial alignment between the central body (10) and the anchoring device (20).
