PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, in a Japanese cake called as TURU-NO-TAMAGO (R), KAMOME-NO-TAMAGO (R) or the like, it has been difficult to attach a shell to an egg-simulated cake having no shell, difficult to form the shell of a hollow egg, difficult to fill a cake and a substance in the hollow egg, and also difficult to form the egg by sealing.SOLUTION: When forming the shell in the problem, a coolant is filled into a rubber balloon, wheat gluten composed of a shell raw material is heated and melted, the rubber balloon is immersed into an implement, the substance which is formed by solidifying the raw material into a semi-spherical shape is taken out, the coolant in the balloon is discharged, the coolant-filled rubber balloon is taken out of the solidified semi-spherical shell and large and small two semi-spherical shaped shells are formed, and the substances are filled therein to be combined to form an egg shape, thus obtaining the egg-simulated shell egg. For forming the semi-spherical shell, there are employed a method for using a cup, a method for forming the semi-spherical shell by press-pushing the wheat gluten to the cup, a method for spraying the wheat gluten to the cup, a method for pouring the heated and melted wheat gluten into the cup and so forth, and a method for producing ice at the semi-spherical shell and so forth, thus forming the semi-spherical shell into the egg shape and obtaining the shell egg.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】つるの玉子、かもめの玉子等と称されている和菓子で、卵に似せた殻の無い菓子に、殻を付ける事と共に、中空の玉子の殻を作り、中に菓子及び物品を充填、封入形成する事が大きな課題であった。【解決手段】課題の殻を形成するには、ゴム風船に冷却剤を充填し、殻の素材で有る飴を、加熱溶解し、器具にゴム風船を漬け込み、素材が半球状に固形化した物を取り出し、風船内の冷却剤を排出すると共に、固形化した半球状の殻より、冷却材入りゴム風船を取り出し、大小二つの半球状の殻を作る、その中に、物品を充填し玉子状に組み合せ、卵形に形成する事で、卵に似せた殻玉子が出来上がる、半球状の殻作りには、器を利用する方法、器に飴を押圧し半球状の殻を作る方法、飴を器に噴霧する方法、加熱溶解した物を器に流し込む方法等と、氷を半球状の殻に作る方法等があり、半球状の殻を卵形に形成し殻玉子にする。【選択図】 図6
