According to an embodiment of the present invention, an optical probe comprises polysaccharides and a conjugated polymer. The optical probe is harmless to the human body, without using a surfactant which has strong cytotoxicity, and without using a metal of a method for colorimetric determination. The optical probe is capable of targeting a malignant tumor, and qualitatively and quantitatively analyzing the malignant tumor with high efficiency by representing a different color with respect to the degree of malignant tumor progression. In addition, the optical probe can perform light and heat treatment only of malignant tumor, without damage to normal cells.본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 광학 프로브는 다당류 및 공액 고분자를 포함한다. 상기 광학 프로브는 세포 독성이 강한 계면활성제를 사용하지 않고, 비색 결정법의 금속을 사용하지 않아 인체에 무해하다. 이러한 광학 프로브는 악성 종양에 표적화가 가능하고, 악성 종양의 진행 정도에 따라 다른 색을 나타내므로 높은 효율로 악성 종양의 정성 및 정량 분석이 가능하다. 또한, 상기 광학 프로브는 정상 세포에 손상을 주지 않고, 악성 종양 세포만을 광열 치료할 수 있다.
