PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly set a photographing condition under an environment set to a photographing possible state by mounting either one of a CR cassette and an FPD cassette.SOLUTION: This radiation image photographing system 1 includes a radiation generator 4, Bucky devices 3a and 3b, a portable FPD cassette 2a, and a console 7 for displaying the ICONs respectively corresponding to the Bucky devices 3a and 3b and the portable FPD cassettes 2a. The console 7 displays the ICONs corresponding to the Bucky devices 3a and 3b in a mode in which the portable FPD cassette 2a is mounted in a case that the cassettes mounted in the Bucky devices 3a and 3b are the portable FPD cassettes 2a.
