The present invention relates to a foldable bed. According to the present invention, a longitudinal displacement means comprises: a lifting rotation shaft unit including a first coupling unit, a second coupling unit having a roller, and a rotation lifting member to be rotatably installed on an upper side of an installation frame through a first rotation bracket； an operation means having one side thereof linked to a main frame and the other side thereof linked to the first coupling unit of the lifting rotation shaft unit, and rotating the lifting rotation shaft unit in a vertical direction with respect to the first rotation bracket in accordance with an operation of a driving cylinder, so as to fold a second panel of a panel member； and a folding means including a rotation central bar installed to be rotated at upper sides of the main frame and the installation frame through a second rotation bracket, a folding support bar integrally connected to the rotation central bar through a connection bar to fold first or third panel of the panel member, and a pressing operation unit integrated with the rotation central bar by forming a guide to which the roller of the lifting rotation shaft unit is closely attached and guided. In the guide formed in the pressing operation unit of the folding means, a mounting groove, a first contact surface and a second contact surface are connected to each other and integrally formed, and thus the folding means is interlocked in a process in which the roller of the lifting rotation shaft unit vertically rotated with respect to the first rotation bracket is moved from the mounting groove to the first contact surface in accordance with an operation of the driving cylinder, such that the first or third panel of the panel member is folded.
