The present invention relates to a food dryer, and more specifically, the food dryer of the present invention comprises: a case which is formed of a transparent material so that solar light passes through the case, and has a drying space part formed therein； a door which is formed of a transparent material through which solar light passes, is provided at the case, and opens or closes the drying space part； a holder unit which is provided in the drying space part of the case, and holds food to be dried； and a reflection plate which is provided in the case, and reflects the irradiated solar light toward a lower portion of the food held on the holding unit. According to the present invention, the solar light passes through the case and the door to dry an upper portion of the food held by the holding unit, and the solar light is reflected by the reflection plate to dry the lower portion of the food, thereby shortening the drying time and improving the drying rate compared with the food dryer of the prior art.본 발명은 식품 건조장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 태양광이 투과되도록 투명한 재질로 형성되며, 내부에 건조공간부를 갖는 케이스, 태양광이 투과되는 투명한 재질로 형성되고, 상기 케이스에 구비되어 상기 건조공간부를 개폐시키기 위한 도어, 상기 케이스의 건조공간부에 구비되어 건조를 위한 식품을 거치시키는 거치수단, 및 상기 케이스에 구비되어 상기 거치수단에 거치된 식품의 하부로 조사된 태양광을 반사시키는 반사판을 포함하여 이루어진다.상기와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 태양광이 케이스와 도어를 투과하여 거치수단에 거치된 식품의 상부를 건조시킴은 물론, 반사판에 의해 태양광을 반사시켜 식품의 하부를 건조시킬 수 있어 종래보다 건조시간을 단축시키고, 건조율을 향상시킬 수 있다.
