Disclosed is a preparation method for a dry and comfortable absorbent article, the method comprising the following preparation steps: 1) preparing a liquid-permeable surface layer; 2) preparing an absorbent core: (1) inputting a hydrophilic surface layer material (7) into a pair of press roller assemblies comprising a concave roller (1) and a convex roller (2), and forming array-type accommodating grooves in the hydrophilic surface layer material (7); (2) adding a water-absorbent resin (6) to each of the accommodating grooves; (3) covering the accommodating grooves of the hydrophilic surface layer material (7) with another non-woven fabric material (8); (4) performing a thermal press-bonding treatment on the hydrophilic surface layer material (7) and the non-woven fabric material (8) thereon through a pair of press-bonding rollers; (5) performing, by means of an ultrasonic combination device, a sealing treatment on the hydrophilic surface layer material (7) and the non-woven fabric material (8) subjected to the thermal press-bonding treatment; (6) flipping the core 180 degrees after the thermal press-bonding treatment in step (5) has been performed; and (7) cutting the flipped core according to a set length; 3) preparing a liquid-tight bottom layer; and 4) combining the liquid-permeable surface layer, the absorbent core and the liquid-tight bottom layer prepared in the above steps into a whole.
