The present invention relates to anti-CD70 antibody and antibody drug conjugate comprising at least one non-naturally encoded amino acids. The α CD70 antibody with one or more non-naturally encoded amino acids is disclosed herein and also discloses antibody drug conjugate, wherein α CD70 antibody of the invention is integrated to one or more toxin. Also disclose the method using the unnatural amino acid antibody drug conjugate, including treatment, diagnosis and other biotechnology applications.
