PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical container plug jointly including excellent liquid leak property and medicine low adsorption property.SOLUTION: The medical container plug includes a structure unit (A) derived from 2-norbornene and a structure unit (B) of a substituent-containing norbornene monomer, and is formed by molding a hydrogenated norbornene-based ring-opening polymerization polymer, where the content of the structure unit (A) is 85-95 wt.% and the content of the structure unit (B) is 5-15 wt.%.
