PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reclining mechanism to be arranged in a limited space, and also to provide a bed including the reclining mechanism.SOLUTION: A reclining mechanism 23 is arranged in a bed 10 including: a bed body 13 having side surface parts in the circumference of a floor part 14 and support bases for supporting the bed body 13. A reclining frame body 37 is arranged in the floor part 14.
