PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the utilization efficiency of an installation space further without damaging excellent workability.SOLUTION: The medicine putout system is provided on the left and right with medicine putout devices 10 and 20 having many storage and discharge parts 11 and 21 capable of aligning and storing medicines 40 replenished from the front surface in the state of being inclined downwards at the back and successively discharging them to the rear part and rear part conveying mechanisms 13 and 23 provided on the rear part for performing conveyance in the right direction or conveyance in the left direction.
