A watering device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a drive motor for rotating a drive wheel connected to one side； a rotating wheel； a rotating unit having a closed loop shape at both ends of the drive wheel and the rotating wheel and rotating along an outer circumferential surfaces of the drive wheel and the rotating wheel according to the rotation of the drive wheel； water supply hose hangers provided on one side of the rotating unit and on which a water supply hose is placed, and moving in a longitudinal direction of the rotating unit along the rotating unit； a water supply pipe provided at one end of the water supply hose and spraying water； a conveying unit connected to one side of the rotating unit to convey the water supply pipe in the longitudinal direction of the rotating unit； and a sensing module for detecting abnormality in rotation of the rotating wheel.본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 살수 장치는 일 측에 연결된 구동 휠을 회전시키는 구동 모터, 회전 휠, 상기 구동 휠과 상기 회전 휠을 양단으로 폐루프(closed loop) 형상을 가지며 상기 구동 휠의 회전에 따라 상기 구동 휠 및 상기 회전 휠의 외주면을 따라 회전하는 회전부, 상기 회전부의 일 측에 마련되되, 수주 호스가 거치되며, 상기 회전부를 따라 상기 회전부의 길이방향으로 이송되는 수주 호스 행가들, 상기 수주 호스의 일 단에 마련되며 물이 분사되는 수주관, 상기 수주관을 상기 회전부의 길이방향으로 이송시키도록 상기 회전부의 일 측에 연결된 이송부를 포함하되, 상기 회전 휠의 회전 이상을 감지하는 감지 모듈을 포함할 수 있다.
