PROCEDE ET DISPOSITIF DE SURVEILLANCE D'UN ACCES VASCULAIRE ET SYSTEME DE TRAITEMENT SANGUIN EXTRACORPOREL EQUIPE D'UN DISPOSITIF DE SURVEILLANCE D'UN ACCES VASCULAIRE
The invention relates to a method and a device for monitoring a vascularaccess during an extracorporeal bloodtreatment. The method and the device according to the invention are based onthe monitoring of the difference between the venouspressure measured by means of a venous pressure sensor (19) and the arterialpressure measured by means of an arterial pressuresensor (18) in the extracorporeal blood circuit, said pressure being referredto as venous and arterial differential pressure. Thein-vention is based on the finding that the values measured for the venous andarterial pressure are superimposed by interferingsi-gnals which in general make it difficult to reliably evaluate the measuredpressure signals for identifying a defective vascularac-cess on the basis of the differential pressure only. According to themethod and the device according to the invention, a testfuncti-on describing disturbances in the extracorporeal blood circuit isdetermined. Said test function is used to determine a noise-freedifferential pressure from the measured venous and arterial pressure, saiddifferential pressure being evaluated in an arithmetic andevaluation unit (22) to identify a defective vascular access.
