PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light introduction device capable of improving sterilizing effects on fungi interposed between human tissue and a conduit part surrounded by the human tissue, and a sterilization system.SOLUTION: A light introduction device 3 according to the present invention introduces light, out of a catheter 2 as a medical conduit disposed from the outside to the inside of a human body, from an outer surface of a site disposed at the outside of a human body.
