Provided herein is are polymeric nanoparticles and polymer-bioactive agent conjugates capable of delivering therapeutic agents to the central nervous system (CNS). Further provided herein is a method of treating diseases with such polymer nanoparticles and polymer-bioactive agents conjugates.
