The present invention relates to a drop type fishing rod including a magnet. A drop is attached to the magnet when replacing a bait or separating fish from a fishing needle, thereby preventing generation of unnecessary noise from interrupting other people in a fishing site. According to the present invention, the drop type fishing rod (10) includes: a coupling member (20) which is attached to or detached from the top rod part of the fishing rod (10)； and the magnet (40) which attaches and fixes a drop (30) to prevent noise generation by magnetic force on a side of the coupling member (20) when the drop (30) approaches thereto.
