PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an ultrasonic wave inspection performing person to easily recognize a position corresponding to an attention region on a medical image acquired in an X-ray inspection in a subject region when the X-ray inspection and the ultrasonic wave inspection for the same subject region are performed as separate inspections.SOLUTION: According to a medical image system 100, when an attention region is designated from a breast image in an image display device 4, a control unit 31 of a server device 3 estimates a position of the attention region when the breast is viewed from the front based on the position of the attention region in the breast image and an angle at which an X-ray imaging apparatus is tilted when the breast image is taken, and creates estimated clinical position information indicating the estimated position of the attention region.
