PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide disposable absorbent products and related methods that address shortcomings of conventional disposable absorbent products.SOLUTION: A disposable absorbent product (10) includes a backsheet (14), a topsheet (12) overlaying the backsheet (14), and a core (16) disposed between the backsheet (14) and topsheet (12) for retaining fluid secreted by a wearer of the absorbent product (10). The core (16) has a length dimension (L), a width dimension (W), and a thickness dimension (t) orthogonal to the length and width dimensions (L, W).
