PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable edge parts of openings to have a stronger tightening force even though the edge parts of the openings and their continuous parts have a stretchable structure composed of the same elastic films.SOLUTION: An ventral side exterior body 26 and a back side exterior body 27 have: basic layered parts 35 over leg peripheral parts 28 and parts continuing from those parts composed of a first sheet layer 20A, a second sheet layer 20B and elastic films 30 laminated between the layers and folded layered parts 36 provided in the leg peripheral parts 28 composed of the elastic films 30, the first sheet layer 20A and the second sheet layer 20B continuing from the basic layered parts 35 which are folded outward at edges 29 of leg openings.
