Disclosed herein is a novel triterpenoid compound isolated fromGanoderma colossum(Fr.) Baker, its preparation method and pharmaceutical uses. The novel compound is characterized in having an oxa-A,B-dihomo-steroidal skeleton, andin vitrostudies confirmed that it may effectively inhibit the growth or migration of cancerous cells as well as the expression of inflammation genes, hence is a useful lead compound for the development of anti-cancer or anti-inflammation medicament.在此揭示一種自黃芝(Ganoderma colossum(Fr.)Baker)中分離出來的新穎三萜化合物、其之製備方法與藥學上的用途。此新穎三萜化合物具有氧雜-A,B-升二-類固醇(oxa-A,B-dihomo-steroidal)骨架,且離體試驗證實其具有可抑制癌細胞生長、轉移或發炎基因表現的功效,因此可做為未來開發抗癌藥物或抗發炎藥物的先導化合物。
