PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sprout cultivation culture medium structure securing food safety, compared to sprouts cultivated by a conventional cultivation method, and to provide a sprout cultivation kit including the culture medium structure.SOLUTION: This sprout cultivation culture medium structure is such that seeds for eating new sprouts after sprouting, and a porous base material arranged below the seeds for fixing roots extending when the seeds sprout are stuck to each other by a binder. The porous base material is made by heat forming unbleached pulp. The sprout cultivation kit is obtained by storing a sprout cultivation culture medium including the sprout cultivation culture medium structure in the inside of a bottomed container having an opening.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来の栽培方法により栽培されたスプラウトに比して食の安全性が確保できるスプラウト栽培用培地構造及び同培地構造を備えたスプラウト栽培キットを提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係るスプラウト栽培用培地構造では、発芽後の新芽を食するための種子と、同種子の下方に配置され前記種子が発芽した際に伸延する根を定着させるための多孔質基材とがバインダーにより接着されたスプラウト栽培用培地構造であって、前記多孔質基材は、無漂白パルプを加熱成形したものであることを特徴とすることとした。また、本発明に係るスプラウト栽培キットでは、開口部を有する有底容器の内部に、上述のスプラウト栽培用培地構造を備えたスプラウト栽培用培地を収容してなることとした。【選択図】図1
