A fast dissolving oral composition of a PDE-5 inhibitor is provided to increase compatibility due to convenience of taking it without water and rapidly express the efficacy of medicine due to good solubility in oral. A fast dissolving oral composition of a PDE-5 inhibitor comprises a PDE-5 inhibitor selected from the group consisting of vardenafil, sildenafil, tadalafil, udenafil and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The composition further comprises a solid dispersion and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. A method for preparing the composition comprises the steps of: (a) forming a solid dispersion； (b) dissolving a PDE-5 inhibitor in a solvent； (c) after mixing solutions obtained from the steps (a) and (b), removing the solvent therefrom to prepare a solid dispersion； and (d) formulating the solid dispersion to tablets.본 발명은 포스포다이에스터라제-5(Phosphodiesterase-5, PDE-5) 억제제의 속용제형에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 발기부전치료제인 바데나필, 실데나필, 타달라필 또는 유데나필을 가용화된 형태로 함유시켜 구강 내에서 신속하게 용해되는 속용제형으로 제조함으로써, 복용이 간편하여 복약순응도를 높일 수 있으며 구강내에서 용해성이 우수하므로 신속히 약효를 발현시킬 수 있는 PDE-5 억제제의 속용제형에 관한 것이다.
