PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior material using a visible light responsive type photocatalyst powder with high photocatalytic performance and reproducibility thereof.SOLUTION: An interior material comprises either a coating layer made of photocatalyst material containing a visible light responsive photocatalyst powder in a range from 1 mass% or higher to 100 mass% or lower, or a coating layer made of photocatalyst paint containing the photocatalyst material in a range from 0.1 mass% or higher to 90 mass% or lower. The visible light responsive photocatalyst powder has color with -5 or lower of a*, -5 or more of b* and 50 or more of L* when the color of powder is expressed in a L*a*b* color system as well as tungsten oxide powder with a BET specific surface area in a range from 11 to 820 m/g.【課題】光触媒性能やその再現性に優れる可視光応答型光触媒粉末を用いた内装材を提供する。【解決手段】内装材は、可視光応答型光触媒粉末を１質量％以上１００質量％以下の範囲で含有する光触媒材料の塗布層、または光触媒材料を０．１質量％以上９０質量％以下の範囲で含有する光触媒塗料の塗布層を具備する。可視光応答型光触媒粉末は、粉末の色をＬ*ａ*ｂ*表色系で表したとき、ａ*が－５以下、ｂ*が－５以上、Ｌ*が５０以上の色を有し、かつ１１～８２０ｍ２／ｇの範囲のＢＥＴ比表面積を有する酸化タングステン粉末を具備する。【選択図】図１
