The present invention relates to a method of greening a slope of a cutting area and an embanked area and, more specifically, to a pattern formation seed spray construction method including: a seed coloring step (S1) of coloring seeds with a coloring agent of a color corresponding to a flower in a flowering period or the color of the body of a perennial plant； a colored seed coating step (S2) of enabling the color of the colored seeds to last until germination by coating the surface of the colored seeds； a greening soil mixture step (S3) of mixing the colored seeds having different colors with greening soil； a construction land pattern setting step (S4) of setting an area of a specific pattern in construction land in which the greening soil is laid； and a greening soil laying step (S5) of laying the greening soil mixed with the colored seeds having different colors by pattern area by remotely spraying the greening soil through a greening soil sprayer.
