PURPOSE: A seeder is provided to separately comprise a wheel spraying seed and a wheel in which a seeding needle forming a seeding furrow is installed. CONSTITUTION: A seeder includes a first wheel(110) in which a seeding needle is formed in the outer periphery to the radial direction； a second wheel(130) rotating according to the trace of the first wheel and spraying seed in the seeding furrow formed by the seeding needle through a hole formed in an outer periphery when the first wheel rotates； and a support(150) supporting the shaft of the first wheel and the shaft of the second wheel. The width of the first wheel is smaller than the width of the second wheel. The outer periphery of the second wheel is formed to be inclined to the one direction.본 발명의 파종 장치는 외주면에 방사상으로 파종 바늘이 형성된 제1 륜(輪), 상기 제1 륜의 궤적을 따라 회전하며 외주면에 형성된 구멍을 통해, 상기 제1 륜의 회전시 상기 파종 바늘에 의해 형성된 지면의 파종 홈에 종자를 뿌리는 제2 륜 및 상기 제1 륜의 축과 상기 제2 륜의 축을 지지하는 지지대를 포함함으로써, 무경운 파종이 가능하다.
