The present invention relates to the field of orthodontics. Especially, the present invention relates to a personalized method for providing at least one aligner, with reference to an actual state of the dentition of the patient and in view of a 1-16 weeks improvement plan of the alignment of the teeth of a subject, comprising:i. providing a 2D image and/or 3D volume of the dentition of a subject showing a non-alignment of its dentition;ii. recovering clinical markers of the subject, including age, sex, anatomical features;iii. producing an initial set of manufacturing parameters of the aligner from the image or the volume, from the recovered clinical markers, and from information issued from a database of patients having same or similar etiology of non-alignment, same or similar image or, same or similar clinical markers;iv. building up an image of the 1-16 weeks target of improvement; andv. 3D printing, directly or indirectly, of the at least one aligner.
