The present invention relates to a medical handpiece and, more specifically, to a medical handpiece capable of outputting various laser beam patterns while used in laser procedures or the like. The medical handpiece forming and irradiating laser beam patterns comprises: a body provided with an inner space through which a laser passes； a lens structure including a pattern lens in which a plurality of individual patterns having a predetermined transmittance are arranged； and a lens holder coupled to the body, provided with a space for accommodating the lens structure and detached from the lens structure through the accommodation space.
