PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mouthpiece with a resin palate plate in which an oral cavity-related pressure including a tongue pressure is measured simply and easily.SOLUTION: A U-shaped mouthpiece formed of resilient materials or flexible materials and conformed in the maxillary dentition, and a palate plate 2 formed of the resilient materials or the flexible materials and with a projection 4 approximate to the incisive papilla, are used along with multiple pressure sensors 3 attached to each of them. Thereby, it is configured to detect pressure by a pressure detection part being brought into communication with the multiple pressure sensors 3. The pressure detection part is connected by a cable 5, and the multiple pressure sensors 3 are brought into communication with the pressure detection part.
