PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-part hair treatment agent capable of imparting good resilience, firmness and a shape feeling to hair.SOLUTION: A two-part hair treatment agent comprises a first agent applied to hair and a second agent applied without washing off the first agent. The first agent is obtained by blending anionic polysaccharides, nonionic polysaccharides and hydrolysis keratin, and the second agent is obtained by blending a cationic surfactant. The two-part hair treatment agent is preferably used for hair treatment. The hydrolysis keratin in the first agent is preferably derived from wool, and the number average molecular weight of the hydrolysis keratin in the first agent is preferably 100 or more and 1,200 or less. Further, it is preferable that the anionic polysaccharides are carrageenan and the nonionic polysaccharides are hydroxyethyl cellulose.
