The present invention relates to dochim, having functions of a needle and a knife, which are used in oriental medicine. The dochim according to the present invention has each part of a needle, a needle body, and acupuncture, and an end part of the acupuncture is in a shape of a chisel. The needle body has a duct line formed therein, and in the needle, a connection member connectable to an injector is provided, and a gripping member is selectively provided. Also, the connection member is inserted into an end part of the gripping member, to be connected to the needle body. The dochim according to the present invention enables a user to perform herbal acupuncture and imbedding therapies at the same time, thereby simplifying a medical procedure, and relieving pain applied to a patient in the medical procedure.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017본 발명은 한방에서 사용되는 침과 메스(칼)의 기능을 갖는 도침에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 도침은, 침병, 침체 및 침도의 각부를 구비하고 침도의 단부가 끌 형상인 도침에 있어서, 상기 침체는 내부에 관로가 형성되고, 상기 침병에는 주사기에 결합가능한 연결부재가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하고, 선택적으로 상기 침병에는 파지부재가 구비되며, 상기 연결부재는 상기 파지부재의 단부 측에 삽입되어 상기 침체에 결합되는 것을 또 다른 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 도침은, 약침 및 매선 요법을 동시에 수행함으로써 시술이 간편하고, 시술과정에서 환자에게 부담되는 통증을 완화할 수 있다.
