Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Tumor-Medikament mit aktivem Targeting und eine Herstellungsmethode dafür. Konkret offenbart die vorliegende Erfindung einen Komplex, der Nanoträger und an die Oberfläche des Nanoträgers gekoppelte Targeting-Moleküle umfasst. Das Targeting-Molekül ist ausgewählt aus: [D-Arg25]-NPY, [D-His26]-NPY, [D-Arg25, D-His26]-NPY, und besitzt eine Partikelgröße kleiner 200nm, sowie einen Polydispersitätsindex (PDI) kleiner 0,5. Ferner offenbart die vorliegende Erfindung eine Zusammensetzung, ein Medikament, deren Herstellungsmethode sowie deren Verwendung. Die Zusammensetzung und das Medikament der vorliegenden Erfindung zeigen einen starken Targetingeffekt gegen Tumorzellen und können Anti-Tumor-Medikamente gerichtet in Tumorzellen transportieren und damit effektiv die Medikamentenkonzentration in Tumorzellen erhöhen, und sie weisen einen starken Abtötungseffekt bei Tumorzellen auf und haben nahezu keine toxischen Nebenwirkungen auf normale Gewebe und Zellen.The present invention relates to a tumor - medicament having active targeting and a method thereof.
