A bone repair reusable composite material based on an acellular biological tissue matrix material and a preparation method therefor. The bone repair reusable composite material comprises an organic phase adopting a micro-fibrotic animal tissue acellular matrix material and an inorganic phase adopting a calcium salt biological ceramic material or other inorganic bioglass. A preparation process for the bone repair reusable composite material does not need physical or chemical crosslinking. The bone repair reusable composite material has excellent biocompatibility, biodegradability, osteoconduction, osteoinductivity , and osteogenesis, also has a particular mechanical strength and shape memory function, and can be used as a bone filling material or a repair material with large-area bone defect.
