The present invention disclosed is an alveolar bone regeneration method and its guide. The guide includes a planar substrate and a three-dimensional shaping case protruded from the front of the substrate and having an opening and a bone grafting chamber formed at the back of the shaping case. The guide positions the substrate at the periphery of a defect area of the alveolar bone after tooth extraction, such that the opening is aligned opposite to the defect area of the alveolar bone. Artificial bone powder is filled in the defect area of the alveolar bone and the bone grafting chamber of the shaping case, so that the alveolar bone of the defect area can be regenerated by the guiding effect on alveolar bone tissues by the guide, and an alveolar bone root with autologous bone tissues is grafted continuously from an extending end of the defect area. The newly formed alveolar bone root can replace the conventional metal artificial tooth root, and the autologous bone root can be adhered to an artificial crown, not only achieving a secured artificial implant, but also skipping the use of the metal artificial tooth root.本發明係關於一種齒槽骨組織再生的方法及其引導器的構造,該引導器係具備一平面狀基板,於基板的正面方向突出一立體造型的形塑殼,該形塑殼在其背側面係形成一開口且具備一骨骼增生室,藉著引導器以基板定位於齒槽骨在經拔牙後所形成的缺損區外圍,形塑殼的開口相向於齒槽骨缺損區,以人工骨粉填補於齒槽骨缺損區及形塑殼的骨骼增生室內,使齒槽骨組織能藉由引導器的引導作用而讓缺損區的齒槽骨再生且可在缺損區的外伸端延續增生出一自體骨骼組織的齒槽骨牙根,該新形成的齒槽骨牙根可取代現今使用的金屬式人工牙根,於自體骨骼式牙根上可黏著人工牙冠,不僅可達到穩固的人工植牙且是不必使用金屬式人工牙根。
