The present invention relates to an apparatus for removing malodors using chlorine dioxide gas and removing excess chlorine dioxide, wherein the apparatus allows the chlorine dioxide gas and malodorous gas to be completely mixed inside a reactor, thereby improving reactivity, and enables excess chlorine dioxide to be treated without additional post-processing equipment. To this end, the present invention provides an apparatus which uses chlorine dioxide gas to simultaneously remove malodors and remove excess chlorine dioxide supplied to a reactor, wherein the apparatus comprises: a malodorous gas injection tube (2) provided on one lower side of a reactor outer wall (1) to supply malodorous gas into the reactor； a chlorine dioxide gas injection tube (3) connected to the malodorous gas injection pipe (2) to supply chlorine dioxide gas； a plurality of inner tubes evenly spaced apart from each other on an inner surface of the reactor outer wall (1)； a circular baffle provided between the inner tubes； an UV generator (15) provided in an uppermost inner tube of the reactor； and a clean air outlet (14) extending upwardly from a reactor roof (1b) to discharge purified clean air into the atmosphere.본 발명은 이산화염소가스를 이용한 악취제거 및 과잉 이산화염소 제거장치에 관한 것으로서, 반응조 내부에서 이산화염소가스와 악취가스가 완전히 혼합될 수 있도록 하여 반응성을 향상시키고, 별도의 후처리 설비 없이 과잉 이산화염소를 처리할 수 있도록 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은, 이산화염소가스를 이용하여 악취를 제거하는 동시에 반응조에 과잉으로 공급되는 이산화염소를 제거하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 반응조 외벽(1)의 하부 일측에 구비되어 악취가스를 반응조 내부로 공급하는 악취가스 주입관(2)과, 상기 악취가스 주입관(2)에 연결되어 이산화염소가스를 공급하는 이산화염소가스 주입관(3)과, 반응조 외벽(1)의 내주면으로부터 이격되어 일정한 간격으로 구비되는 복수의 내관과, 상기 내관과 내관 사이에 구비되는 원형의 방해판과, 반응조의 최상부 내관에 구비되는 자외선 발생기(15)와, 반응조 지붕(1b)에서 상부로 연장되어 정화된 청정공기를 대기로 배출하는 청정공기 배출구(14)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
