PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a stent with favorable bending properties and the stent are provided to obtain the excellent flexibility of a diameter and longitudinal direction of the stent while wires cross each other at an obtuse angle and an acute angle in turn.CONSTITUTION: A stent with favorable bending properties comprises an upper head, a lower head, and a middle body. Cells(C1) formed by wires crossing each other are formed into a diamond shape in the upper and lower heads. The middle body is formed between the upper head and the lower head. The cells(C2) into a repeated star shape are formed in the middle body.
