PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assisting tool for cervical exercise having a new structure for a user to easily taking cervical exercise in workplace or at home to relieve pain and numbness.SOLUTION: The assisting tool for cervical exercise includes a support belt for supporting the back of the user a right fixing belt for fixing the right shoulder and a left fixing belt for fixing the left shoulder. The right fixing belt and the support belt constitute a right annular part for inserting the right arm of the user when the assisting tool is used. The left fixing belt and the support belt constitute a left annular part for inserting the left arm of the user when the assisting tool is used. The assisting tool is configured to have a shape (approximately 8-shaped) with the right annular part and the left annular part.
