PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic photographing apparatus, even when an image has a wide filed angle, capable of suppressing appearance of ghost.SOLUTION: The ophthalmic photographing apparatus includes an optical system, a change part, and an image synthesis part. The optical system is used for photographing a fundus oculi of a subject's eye. The change part changes a direction of the subject's eye relative to the direction of an optical axis of the optical system. The image synthesis part generates a synthetic image formed by replacing a partial area of a first image that is obtained using the optical system when the subject's eye and the optical axis are set in a first relative direction, by an area corresponding to the partial area, in a second image that is obtained using the optical system when both are set in a second relative direction different from the first relative direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】画角が広い画像であってもゴーストの描出を抑制することが可能な眼科撮影装置を提供する。【解決手段】眼科撮影装置は、光学系と、変更部と、画像合成部とを含む。光学系は、被検眼の眼底を撮影するために用いられる。変更部は、被検眼の向きと光学系の光軸の向きを相対的に変更する。画像合成部は、被検眼と光軸とが第１相対的向きに設定されているときに光学系を用いて取得された第１画像の部分領域を、第１相対的向きと異なる第２相対的向きに設定されているときに光学系を用いて取得された第２画像中の上記の部分領域に対応する領域で置き換えた合成画像を生成する。【選択図】図１
