The ripening controller according to the present invention comprises: a main body having an ethylene gas tank, a zeolite tank, and an intake room emitting or absorbing ethylene gas in a fruit storage box a plurality of sensors installed in the storage box where fruits are stored and the ethylene gas tank so as to detect the ethylene gas concentration a control unit controlling ethylene gas by signals of the sensors and a control valve automatically emitting or absorbing the ethylene gas by the control unit.
