PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handle structure of a pair of high branch-pruning shears, adopting an especially simple structure, turnable to a support cylinder, and usable for a long period.SOLUTION: This handle structure of the high branch-pruning shears includes a pair of the shears on one end of a support cylinder, a handle on the other end, and a rod installed in the inside of the support cylinder and connecting the shears and the handle, and makes the handle turnable to the central axis of the support cylinder.
