The present invention relates to an adhesion prevention purpose of a hyaluronic acid derivative, wherein the hyaluronic acid derivative has a structure of furfuryl amines introduced to a carboxyl functional group of the hyaluronic acid and shows a nature of curing by forming a cross-linked bond by a visible light. For the hyaluronic acid derivative according to the present invention, in-vivo residence time is extended and anti-adhesion characteristic is excellently maintained due to the nature of curing.
