PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for a pseudo-maxillary sinus mucous membrane, the composition that can form the pseudo-maxillary sinus mucous membrane in which the feeling to fill a bone filling agent in a maxillary sinus is almost the feeling to fill the bone filling agent of an organic mucosa in the training of a maxillary sinus lift surgery, and to provide a dental model and a maxillary sinus lift surgery training kit.SOLUTION: A pseudo-maxillary sinus mucous membrane forming composition contains a water-soluble polymer of one kind or more selected from a group comprising a polyvinyl alcohol, hydroxyethyl cellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, carboxymethylcellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone and carboxyvinyl polymer, water of a content in composition being 55 mass% or more and 80 mass% or less to the mass of a total composition, and a surface active agent.
