PURPOSE: A sterilization pad and a method for manufacturing the sterilization pad are provided to sterilize the circumference without a sterilizing device. CONSTITUTION: A sterilization pad comprises a microcapsule(110) containing propolis extracts and polyurethane foam. The microcapsule comprises silica gel(111) which is formed by a sol-gel reaction and a sterilizing material(115) filled into silica gel. The silica gel forming the outer shell of the microcapsule is a material with pores and has a structure that the pore thereof is expanded in order to emit the sterilizing material. The silica gel has a capsule shape that the inside thereof is hollow.본 발명은 살균패드 및 살균패드 제조방법에 관한 것이며, 상세하게는 온도 증가시 살균물질의 방출이 촉진되는 살균패드 및 살균패드 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 살균패드는 소정의 크기를 가진 공극을 가지는 폴리우레탄 포옴； 및 내부에 살균물질을 구비하고, 폴리우레탄 포옴의 공극으로 담지되어 폴리우레탄 포옴의 표면을 코팅토록 제공된 마이크로캡슐로 이루어진 것이 바람직하다.
