PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a freshness retainer, in which the processed air humidified by containing antibacterial treated water atomized is blown into a container housing part thereby to humidify the inside of the container housing part reliably, and to prevent the propagation of saprophyte and the development of mould effectively so that it is excellent in efficiency and stability of humidification and antibacterial, which needs no electric power for humidification thereby to have an excellent power saving property, which can be installed and fixed for a short time in the existing container storage part so that it is excellent in handling property and versatility, and which removes ethylene gases produced from a container thereby to store the content for a long time period.SOLUTION: A freshness retainer comprises a humidification part for introducing the harmonic air blown from the outlet disposed in front of the bottom of a container housing part, into the inside of a housing thereby to bring the antibacterial treated water having an antibacterial effect on the harmonic air to pass the inside of the housing, thereby to blow the processed air humidified, toward the back of the bottom of the container housing part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】霧化した抗菌処理水を含むことにより加湿された処理済空気をコンテナ収容部に吹出させてコンテナ収容部の中を確実に加湿すると共に、雑菌の繁殖やカビの発生等を効果的に防ぎ、加湿及び抗菌の効率性、安定性に優れ、加湿のための電力が不要で省エネルギー性に優れ、既存のコンテナ収容部に短時間で設置固定することができ、取扱い性、汎用性に優れ、収容物から発生するエチレンガスを除去して収容物の長期保存を可能にする信頼性、安全性に優れた鮮度保持装置の提供。【解決手段】コンテナ収容部の底部前方にある吹出口から吹出す調和空気を筐体の内部に取入れ、筐体の内部を通過する調和空気に対して抗菌性を有する抗菌処理水を接触させる加湿部を備え、加湿された処理済空気をコンテナ収容部の底部後方側に向かって吹出させる。【選択図】図2
