The hot or cold eyes-compressing mechanism includes a compressing bag, a transmitter, and a semiconductor. The compressing bag has a connecting hole defined therein for receiving the transmitter. The semiconductor is mounted on the transmitter. The compressing bag is heated or cooled by the semiconductor to control a temperature of the compressing bag for adapting to provide a heat or cool compressing effect on eyes.
