Specifically, the pharmaceutical composition uses as its active ingredient the component GW9662 of drug Lopac widely used for the type II diabetes treatment. Specifically, the active ingredient is the 2-chloro-5-nitro-N-phenyl-benzamide compound (C13H9N2O3Cl).本發明所提供抑制、治療肺部腫瘤與抑制發炎反應之醫藥組合物,乃係包含了以過氧化體增生因子活化受體γ之抑制劑為其活性成分者,而具有作為治療或是抑制人類非小細胞肺癌,或是抑制伴隨人類非小細胞肺癌所產生發炎反應之藥物用途,具體而言,該醫藥組合物乃係以如目前被廣泛應用於治療第二型糖尿病之藥物Lopac之組成成分GW9662為其活性成分,具體而言,該活性成分係為2-氯-5-硝基-N-苯基苯酰胺(C13H9N2O3Cl,2-Chloro-5-nitro-N-phenyl-benzamide)化合物。
